EP United Kingdom Third Party Code of Conduct
EP United Kingdom Third Party Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour which Entertainment Partners UK Limited (the “Company”) expects from its clients, customers, vendors, contractors and anyone acting on their behalf (“third parties”) when visiting our premises, using Company IT systems, and in all dealings with our business and our staff. By engaging our services or continuing to work with us, you agree to meet these standards.
What We Expect
We expect you, and anyone acting on your behalf, to:
- Treat our employees with courtesy and respect at all times, whether in person, by phone, in writing, or online (including on social media). We will not tolerate harassment of our employees, including (but not limited to): unwanted comments or conduct relating to any protected characteristic; sexual comments, jokes, or unwanted physical contact; bullying, verbal abuse or threats.
- Keep confidential, and safeguard from disclosure, any confidential information which you may have direct or incidental access to in visiting our premises or interacting with our staff, including any sensitive commercial information, information relating to the Company’s clients and business plans, and any other proprietary information or trade secrets. This obligation is not time-limited.
- Comply with all applicable Company rules and procedures which are notified to you, including, without limitation, relating to health and safety, technology, confidentiality, privacy, harassment, and data protection, and any other rules which are specifically brought to your attention.
- Follow all instructions given by any Company employee, including any safety instructions and procedures.
If we have reason to believe that you have acted inappropriately towards a member of our staff or have acted inappropriately when using Company IT systems or visiting our premises, we will tell you what we consider unacceptable and ask that the behaviour stop. Serious or repeated issues will result in us asking you to leave our premises and may impact our future dealings or engagement with you. Where appropriate, we may also insist that you remove or replace the individual concerned from any role involving contact with our employees, premises, or systems.
