Lynda Carruthers is set to join Entertainment Partners, where she will serve as director of customer and industry partnerships for Australia and New Zealand.

In the role she will oversee Entertainment Partners’ client relationship strategy across producers, studios, streamers and screen agencies, helping ensure the company continues to align its technology capabilities, production finance, production management, payroll and incentives advisory services with the evolving needs of productions.

Carruthers has more than two decades of executive experience across film, television and event production. She joins Entertainment Partners from Screen NSW, where she has worked as a screen investment manager since 2023. She has previously worked for MGM Studios, Opera Australia, Fox Studios Australia, The Solid State, Network 10 and Seven.

Entertainment Partners managing director ANZ Liana Dubois said the appointment reflects the company’s focus on deepening industry partnerships and elevating the infrastructure that enables creativity.

“Lynda’s experience spans both the creative and operational dimensions of production. She understands what it takes to attract projects, deliver them successfully and build long-term industry capability. That perspective is invaluable as the sector becomes more globally competitive and financially complex.”

Carruthers said Entertainment Partners were the global leader in production finance and production management.

“I am excited to deepen Entertainment Partner’s client and industry partnerships in Australia and New Zealand, providing industry with the opportunity to connect more deeply into Entertainment Partner’s global ecosystem of innovative services and solutions, that leverage technology, data and smarter workflows, to empower production of the industry’s most creative works,” she said.
